Engine Service Design


I was looking at this company and well i really like their way of thinking. They specialise in helping private and public sector, meaning that  they work behind the scenes exploring what customers really want.   I think this is the best way  to identify mistakes and re-evaluate and make changes in a very efficency way.

Their process is quiet interesting, they do not categorize but emphasize from each client´s perspective. All projects has a slightly different service focus, for example, improving the quality of the customer experience, re-designing the customer journey, developing a service vision or innovating new customer propositions.
